that begs the question..... where's the button on the Cakewalk screens that says "check for updates". So that I can..... update.

I don't see one on the Cakewalk Bandlab that I have installed (build 13 or whatever from last month or whenever it came out).

Checked the bandlab site cakewalk area and don't see an "update" option there either.... except for updated news.

How does one update the program for the supposed new phase/interleave buttons now appearing in track view as well as where they were in channels.

Hi. Open Bandlab Assistant. It will prompt to update. When updated, the new CbB release will appear as an App update.
All the best.

Darn, that means I have to reinstall Bandlab assistant. That was the first thing I uninstalled after Cakewalk was up and running.

I see what you mean.
You can uninstall it again after updating.
You need the new version to be able see the updates.
Did you know you can turn off it starting up with Windows?
It's in the settings (the cog wheel on the top left) menu now.
All the best.
