DIY Hearing Test

Not sure if the Java Code will work on modern computers, but try this.
Hearing Test Products
I have found using a quiet space and good headphones that is is capable of 1dB accuracy.
If the Java is too old, buy the CD or ask them for File versions.

This is a great resource allowing periodic self checking.

A few years ago a school kid here won Scientist of the Year, with a Tinnitus soothing invention.
It was then University Researched and I have seen pictures of product. Basically an iPod which also outputs the same signal on two galvanic paddles, which go under the tongue. The Corporate world have since made this disappear, but I would think DIY experimentation would be very easy. I have read the music/stimulus needs to be familiar and liked.
