I just purchased the upgrade from 1 to 2, I was given a link to the Omnisphere 2 Download Manager. I save it to my hard drive but when I click the .dmg file I get a message saying it is a damaged file and cannot open it. I have tried Firefox, Safari and Chrome for the browser. I have tried getting rid of my anti virus software. It doesn't matter what I do I cannot get the Download Manger to open and always get the error damaged file message. I am waiting for Monday when the tech support gets back to work, has anyone else had this message when trying to open the Manager??? I am using the last and final version of Mac OS Mojave beta. All my other music software and plug-ins work fine and are stable.

I'd hate to blame it on Mojave but since it's beta, I'm willing to bet spectrosonics will say it's not supported and that's your problem. You might have to roll back HS, install Omni2 and if you still want Mojave, update it and see if it works.

It's not always a good idea to do an OS update right away. A good rule of thumb is if your music system is working perfectly the way you want, then don't touch it!
