3rd party upgrade process

I purchased an upgrade for 4 Pro to 5 Pro from Sweetwater. I received my code but it is unclear as to the process of upgrading. And I called tech support for help just to be told to put in a ticket...7 minutes prior to their closing. I'm in a time-sensitive crunch so any instruction would be appreciated before calling for a refund (since I'll be able to speak to someone to do that).

Go to your products, hit the little refresh button just to make sure, then go into S1-4 and there should be a green Upgrade button to enter the code.
