RX2 ADVANCED OFFER worth it?

Is it worth upgrading from Izotope RX2 to Advanced?
Izotope have a deal going at the moment.

Cheers

Depends how deep you need to get. For the occasional fix, you don't really need advanced, but if you are doing a lot of really critical repair work that needs to be finely tuned, then I'd say it's worth it. The customizable brushes in Spectral Repair are the best aspect of the upgrade to me. I'm sure there are some other gems, but I haven't had any use for them yet.

What's 'the deal' they have? I couldn't see any special banners or anything.

Yeah, it depends what you need to do.

Wishy Washy answer, but you know the drill.

Can you afford it? Will it save you time?

Jfriah,

The deal is to upgrade from RX2 to RX2 advanced for $479 instead of $850 (a saving of over 40% apparently)

Cheers,

Fred

Edit: Sorry, forgot to add that this offer was through e-mail rather than on the website!
