Dubbing For Animated Television Shows

Hi guys,

I am an audio production student and I am working on my research paper so I just wanted to know some things about dubbing for animated television shows.

- What is the work flow for dubbing cartoons (television shows)?

- What is the approximate time required for this?

- Though dubbing is very important to localize content, yet do you think that the overall "feel and flavor" is lost?

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with these questions.

Thanks
