Poor Sales Service From Digital Audio Denmark (DAD)

Hopefully someone can help me out with this...

We ordered a M.O.M controller 3 weeks ago from Digital Audio Denmark (DAD), after weeks of emails, phone calls & Skype calls we are yet to receive even shipping confirmation?????

Has anyone else experienced this poor service from them?

I emailed them a few weeks ago about a problem with my new MOM controller and got zero response. Fortunately it's not a show stopper problem but if it was, it seems I would be on my own. Not impressed.

Never used their equipment but today with COVID-19 a lot of companies are struggling to get products out the door. This is especially true of smaller companies with a small but essential workforce that are having to work from home. FWIW
