Remaking a Sound Effect from MTV Cartoon

https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6im5ox Hey Guys, How can I remake this sound when Beavis from Beavis and Buttead gets high from paint thinner. If you are unsure, Feel free to go to 3:56 for that sound. Also for the record I use DaVinci Resolve to sound design.

Synthesizer bubbles with a lot of reverb. Or do you mean the swirling/scraping sound?

It appears to be all synth, medium attack, runs of notes with portamento turned off. I've done similar against pix with a Moog Source, around the same time as B&B was on the air.
