Screen Dimming Software For Cient Playbacks?

I was in a mixing room once that had a little app installed that with a key command would turn all the computer screens black so that while reviewing with clients the screen wouldn't be a distraction. It would come back once you hit another key our mouse. Is anybody aware of what I'm talking about? Google search did not help btw.

Thanks.

I still use Work At Night (Mac app store). Does fine... I've still got full control of my two Nuendo screens at my workstatiuon, but they don't compete with the giant pix monitor on the front wall.

Place a shortcut on your desktop which activates the "Black Screen" screensaver, then open the shortcut properties and assign whatever shortcut you want (Windows).

?
Do you want a black screen or a dim one? I've found a dm one is helpful... lets me see what the DAW is doing, but not bright enough to distract from the pix monitor.

Thanks for that. Always used hot corners (and sometimes accidentally triggered a black screen.)
Can't believe I didn't know this key combo.

The Splasm Software posted above is what I was after. It can go super dim or full black and comes quick with the escape key.

I tried Shift + Control + Eject which is a bit intense shutting off and when coming back the screens were searching for signal for a second or two.
