Live streaming and intellectual property

Okay so my question is there are quite a few people who live stream the creation of new music i.e Deadmau5, Shadowick, seemless etc etc etc, and what I wanted to know was, if you streamed and put on YouTube a video of you making a brand new techno track or whatever, would you automaticly gain copyright and intellectual property to that song and melody due to you having the evidence of being the original owner and creator of that idea ???

thanks
