No serious studio/acoustics enthusiast should be without it. Beautifully well made and really showcases RA's incredible attention to detail.

HA! I was going to make a joke about bringing the tone down but in this case it is purely a volume knob heh

This is the start of the mind-bendingly diffacult to make three dimensional pannel that will cover the upper wings that stick into the room above the door and window..........

Well hey there! Look at those beauties!

Looking forward to getting the panels painted, covered in fabric and put back up on Monday - should really start looking like a finished room then, especially once the drilled panels go up too. Graham is a genius with those angles!

One question..... Aren't you afraid the foam would start sagging and making "bumps" in the panels over time?

Roger has not mentioned that we ever have to replace the foam due to sagging so I'm not worried about it at all.

The foam is 100mm thick and very rigid, I doubt very much that there will be any sagging. Also the fabric panels are held up with Velcro and are easily removable.

Velcro, thats clever. If problems arise you can easely reach it.

But all foams tend to soften and shrink a bit. Maybe tack some wire in front of it?
