What do you think of my setup?

Apple PowerMac G5 1.80GHz/2GB/80GB/DVD+/-RW A1093! 5584,Mackie CR1604, Presonus Firepod 10, Audiotechnica 4033a,M-Audio AV-40 Studio Monitors,
As someone who is somewhat new to music production how is that setup?

If you are getting what you want out of your set-up, then it's great.
However, If you want a GS opinion: The computer's a few years removed from it's heyday (performance and feature-wise), but useable.
The mixer is a couple of decades old and the model has gone through numerous revisions and improvements since. A lot of folks wouldn't touch a CR with a ten-foot pole (or should I say 10 ft. XLR cable?).
The interface is ok, but definitely entry-level.
The monitors are useful as computer speakers or low-fi secondary reference speakers, but not as professional studio monitors.
The only part of your set-up that I think most GSers would approve of is the mic.
I would say: lose the mixer and speakers and get a monitor controller and some good monitors (don't forget room treatment, too). A new computer running the latest OS wouldn't hurt either.
If all of your gear works properly and you get sounds you like out of it, then don't worry about others' opinions and just make music.

Here for the gear

It's indeed budget, but it depends on what you want to do with that gear?

For just songwriting/composing it's adequate...

But don't expect pro results when you want to do studio recordings....
If you want to improve i would change the AT4033 at the last point (so that is the best link in your chain imo)...
I would first loose the mackie pre-amps and buy a better (dedicated) one
and then the monitors....
