grounding question

when wiring up an isolation transformer in a metal box, do the little bolts that hold the xlr in and out panels to the box need anything special to fasten to the metal box? i.e. can you just put a nut on the inside of the bolt? in this case, the xlr panels happen to be plastic

the transformer will be grounded to the metal case via the appropriate terminal

thank you
