Multiple headphones

Hello!
Me and my friends would like to record some live music, and we would like to wear separate headphones to hear the metronome simultineously. I have a roland audio interface but i have no idea how to do it? Is it possibble to use multiple bluetooth headohones? How can I make it work?

A headphone distribution amp is the traditional approach, and it's probably a lot easier than trying to get lots of Bluetooth signals coordinated. There are a bunch of different options from Behringer, Rolls, Presonus, AKG, ART, etc., with anywhere from two to eight headphone outputs that have individual volume controls; some of the fancier ones also have EQ, panning, etc., and they're not big bucks.
