Lexicon to Audient

Good morning collegues,

I've been recording vocals with a Lexicon Omega for the last 10 years and due to bad (or even unexistent) driver support, I decided to finally upgrade.
I bought a Audient ID4 interface and a set of JBL LSR305's with MoPads, replacing my single Alesis Monitor One (a friend broke the other one), so I'm looking forward to hearing stereo output for the first time in 6 years.
Kinda sad, I know.
My mic is a EV RE20 and I have Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro 250 ohm headphones.
This is where my problem comes up.
Headphone impedance is too high for this usb bus powered interface.
Result is that my headphones sound like total garbage.
When I search the internet there is almost no one who has had this issue and even fewer yet who have posted a concrete solution.

My thoughts:
Buy powered usb hub (not a fan)
Upgrade to ID14.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Thanks in advance.
