Setting up the Aira Modular Customizer

Hi Everyone,

I bought a Roland Demora and while I am happy with the unit and the hardware modulating capabilities I am having zero luck trying to use the Modular Customizer.

I am connecting it to my android phone via the remote in but whenever I send a patch to the unit, nothing happens. I tried loading up the preset ones in case I was doing something wrong but again, nothing. I feel as though I am missing something very simple but I have literally no clue what it is and all the tutorials I watch just start sending patches and it immediately works and then they talk about how great it is which somehow compounds my frustration. Do I need a driver? If so where do I get it as I couldn't see it on the Roland website.

I am a relative newb to the software side of things so would appreciate some kid gloves.

PS...I tried the Roland website and they have posted a link to a super helpful video that is in Japanese, which I don't speak and then the process of submitting a form was equally frustrating as I could not post a form without registering my prioduct and I could register my product because the shop I bought it wasn't on their list. I gave up as it was making me want to torch my house and everything in it.

I guess you need to learn Japanese .... But to me, it sounds like a firmware issue on your phone.

As its just an audio signal, shouldn't be a driver issue. Have you tried different volume levels?
