Software GainMatch plugin by LetiMix - fast manual and auto leveler

Have you ever seen a plugin that sounds so much better when you put it on? And later discovered that it just adds 1 dB of gain on everything?

Or maybe a new compressor, that has a fixed 2dB steps output knob? So that comparing before and after is a pain?

Or maybe a saturation plugin with no output gain, so that it's almost unusable?

Decide if it's better, not louder, in a moment!

GainMatch by LetiMix is an affordable and easy to use tool that we think everyone should have in their arsenal.

No more excuses for plugin reviews and comparisons of before and after without matched gain. Now it's super easy to do!

You can find more information in the manual and on the product page.

Price: $9

This is so well-thought out. It seems to be one of those plugins where the developer made the plugin out of frustrations with other products thinking “why can’t they just get this right?”

So happy to see this, I’m sick of saturation plugins that don’t compensate gain when driving it.

buying tonight. Have more than few plugs that take more time than they should to find the right saturation point because without auto-gain it just gets 'tweaky'!

I found it pretty classy that you mentioned competitors right in your intro video. I have and use AB_LM quite a lot, but you have some nice additional features and I really like the simplicity of your UI. I think I will pick this up later on today once I get into my studio space.

Great, illuminating demo by the way!

Man, this is very well thought!

It's full of very handy features but looks very simple to use at the same time.

After watching your youtube demo, I suspect this plugin has the potential to cut fx chains at least by half.

You know, I always try to level match by ear after every plugin, but ears can be very deceiving.

Wow. Folks. Don't let the 'cheap' price fool you. This is pro! To the Dev, I would suggest making the $9 intro. You are basically giving it away (not complaining!) My suggested non-sale price would be $29. The mix function alone is worth $9, IMO (actually I can't put a price on the time this plug is going to save me.)

This would be simply incredible if it had a bank of more than 8 channels to use. AB_LM still rocks for being able to use as many as I like without reaching the maximum channel count.

This. Many developers work in a bubble and announce features that have been around for years as "ground-breaking" or "world-first". Or worse, features that nobody's offered before but for a good reason—they don't offer any improvements in either sound or workflow.

Many of us here have 2 or 3 similar plug-ins of this type lying around but GainMatch has all the competitors covered and brings some genuinely new and useful features to the table, like the mix control and the ability to compare across channels without fiddly workarounds like inverting polarity. Impressed.

Thank you for such an appreciation! We just want everyone to be able to get it without paying too much. It's an essential tool, it shouldn't be pricey!

However, if we upgrade it with some new features in the future, we may change the price a bit (the upgrades will be free).

We may indeed increase the number of groups in the future, however it'll take more resources as well (RAM for audio buffers, for example).

Right now we've never used more than 3-4 groups at a time. Usually you set plugin before and after, do the gain matching, and remove the before plugin (or put it to neutral), so that you free some CPU, as well as this group becomes free again. You can have as many instances in "After" or "Neutral" mode as you like.

If it doesn't work for you and there's a scenario when you need to gain match more than 8 channels at once, please, contact us, and we'll try to help.
