TBProAudio releases LA xLimit III, an advanced look ahead, wideband, linked-stereo limiter including ISP detection, RSM/EBU/DialNorm measurement and oversampling. The goal of the design was to cover a broad range of limiting applications in today's mixing and mastering situations with strong focus on low aliasing.



LA xLimit III offers following features:

I wish the clipper controls were under a different tab, with its own metering and threshold. The limiter sounds very good and can compliment some of the other ones that I'm using daily.

Basically, I’d prefer if the clipper section was a bit more flexible; I’d like to be able to put it before limiter, or after. Also, the option for a separate threshold, just for the clipper section, would be great. Currently, I’m using a combination of a Standard CLIP and Voxengo’s Elephant (I have many other options for different styles of music and goals) and having an option to decide how the workload is distributed between these tools is very important. So, in this instance, I want to click on the clipper tab and have another page where I can tune the clipper the way I want.
