EMI

Hey guys,

has anyone worked with EMI directly? There is a possibility of doing an album for them...can you tell me about your experiences (contracts they offer, distribution, work process, etc.)? Thanks!

Yea I did some stuff for them. I heard from someone the deal is worse now but I don't know for sure. Anyway, my experience could have been better I guess.

Can you share the details on the deal and overall experience? If you don't feel like doing it in public, you can PM me. Thanks!

Currently working on album (compilation featuring various trailer-producers) with EMIPM. They are part of Sony/ATV.

I don´t want to go any deeper that I don´t accidentaly breach agreements. Anyway, so far I could recommend to send your stuff to them. If they don´t reply in next two-three weeks, politely remind them and ask if they have listened to your tracks.
