Making music for Coin-op video games

So i will be composing and doing sound design with a fairly big coin op video game company and just wanted some general advice from any one who is familiar with this area of game audio, not sure if it differs from home system game composing.

-do you typically sign away all your rights to your music for specifically coin op games? I have read there is no royalties obviously, but would they be claiming ownership of the music typically?

-i will be doing 3 basic types of work, voice overs, sfx and music. Is there any general guidelines to amounts you would charge if your a less experienced composer (not a big name in the biz)?

they want a quote prepared for specific projects so any general advice at all would be great... thanks
