combining different ram manufacturers. will it work?

I have a 3,1 mac pro from late 2008. i currently have owc ram and want to upgrade now. the current prices for this ram (800mhz ddr2) is sky high. I found some ram on ebay though with identical specs, though it doesn't have super specific stuff like latency (unless i'm reading it wrong), and i'm just wondering if i use 2x4gb owc modules with 6x4gb of these ebay modules will I have any issues?

here is owc specs: Mac Pro Memory up to 128GB with Lifetime Warranty @ OWC
