Logic 9 trouble - double midi events via DAW controller

Hi - i have a strange phenomenon according my DAW Controller with LOGIC 9
and it would be great if somebody has a solution.

Every Time i press for example either the "click", "solo", "up", "down" ( some more buttons same effect) ,
the controller gets some kind of feedback/midiloop to the button, so when i read the data with midi monitor, it´s like a repetition
of the data been send to the DAW controller.

The first thing i thought was, that the controller is broken, but when i tried the controller with ableton and protools, it reacted fine.

I switched to an old user on my system and the problem didn´t happen,
so i think it must be a preferece file or so.
but i think i deleted them all i know ... any tips which files are needed to be deleted for a clean reset?
Anybody any idea?
Would be great!

By the way - i´m using Logic for a long long time,
but maybe i overlook the easiest ideas, so i´m open for everything which
may lead to a solution.

THNX

P.s. The system I use is:

Logic • 9.1.8
OSX • 10.6.8
MacPro • 2,26 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Memory • 24GB DDR3 ECC 1066 MHz
Interface • RME Hammerfall DSP Multiface II
DAW Controller • Icon QconPro + 2 QconEx
