Editing / Splicing Help in PT Cubase or Logic

I am doing a recording/sampling type job where I have to record (in one take) about 100 phrases (aka.. "I like you", pause, "Oh my", pause, "Who did that work" etc).
However, I need to be able to separate these phrases as Wav with a 500ms silence before and after each phrase.
Is there a certain function besides splicing individually and doing fade-ins and outs, that would help achieve this in quicker time. I am open to either one of the DAWs as I have them, just trying to be time efficient.
The next task is to export them individually as wav files, possibly with some kind of unique name for each back to back. Take1_Phrase1 or 1_1, 1_2 etc

Thanks!!
