ultrabeat will not let me import from esx24

Hi, ultrabeat will not let me import from esx24 samples file? Can you import esx drum kits into ultrabeat?
When i go to the import button in ultrabeat and it allows me to find the ESX files in app. support, but they are greyed-out and so is the open button?
I'm using Logic pro 7. Any help much appreciated.

The online help says...
You can import an entire EXS instrument into Ultrabeat by dragging an EXS instrument file from the Finder directly onto the Assignment section.

Take note Ultrabeat has some limitatations when importing EXS.

Some EXS kits are mapped over the full keyboard range.
Ultrabeat's range is C1 to C3, two octives.

Make sure you do a " Save Setting As", then you won't overwrite the default kit, and you can name/ organize the Kit.

Hi, thanks for the info, but i cannot select any sample to drag and drop because all the samples are greyed out. I'm not sure if this is a pro 7 problem? i can see online that versions 8, 9 can just drag and drop.
Does anyone know if there is a preference in ultrabeat that needs to be selected?
