002 adat i/o bove 48k?

can the adat i/o on the digi 002 be configured to run at more than 48k sampling rate?

I've just fired up my 002 for the first time ever (had it for ages, just in case) and noticed that the adat i/o don't show up in the i/o setup window in pro tools if the session is at more than 48k. Is this just the way it is or is there something I can do about it?

I'm only hoping for 4 channels at 88k for a current project

No. Digi doesn't support S/MUX, so 48k, max.

You could always use the onboard converters to start a session @ 88.2/96k, then do overdubs (via the spdif)...

yeah, my issue is that I am recording via a digital desk, and its all aes or adat, not spdif or optical.

I'll figure out a work around

thanks
