I haven't ried it myself but there has been a lot of reported problems with the Core Audio
And yes I really need Steve Massey's plug ported for intel too.....pleeeeeeese

I fail to understand the significance of this release. Seeing that the Intel Mac can have two operating systems (OS-X & Win XP Pro).. Both LE & M-Power versions of ProTools perform wonderful on these platforms. Just pick a platform to load (win or OSx...Duhhh

I personally use M-Powered on a Dualcore Opteron/XP pro..

Macintosh Computers no longer use IBM (G5) & Motorola (G4) processors Apple is moving to Intel. Thus all the old applications need to be redone, easy for some apps difficult for others. Plus LE on the new Mac-Intels are very fast so that's why poeple are excited.
