best multi-drive configuration

I have two internal drives in my 4-core i7 MBP:
  1. 240GB SSD (OWC 3G)
  2. 480GB SSD (OWC 3G)

and the following external:
  • 1.5TB RAID 0, eSATA/FW800/USB2 (2 x 750GB @ 7200 rpm)
I need advice from gearslutz in determining which to use for Boot (OS + applications), Samples and Scratch (files, sessions).

It might make sense to put current sessions on one of the internal SSD drives, then move to archive once the gig is paid. Or, it might be best to keep all three drives going.

What would you do?

My sessions tend to be sample-heavy (orch, synth, arp's) with 6-12 audio tracks.

Many thanks in advance!
