Backing up sessions

I need to find a good system for backing up my work. I have my main ext hard drive I record everything on. I want to back it up on a usb ext hard drive I have. Is there a way to save the session to both drives at the same time? Or do I just have to manually save session 2 times to both drives?

If you are on a PC, use Microsoft Synctoy. It is the best way to copy from one drive to another. It is a free utility that works under Windows XP and Windows 7. Just write to your main drive and run Synctoy and let Synctoy do the copy.
