In a session, need help!

In in a session right now so a speedy response is helpful. Im in Logic 9 on a MBP running snow leopard. I am tracking, buffer size 128, and 1 vocal effect is on the channel I am recording to.

Here is chain...

SM7b > about 8' XLR > Duet Input 1 (Pre at about 80%) > Logic Pro 9

I am experiencing latency, can't figure out what it is from.

Im guessing 1 vocal effect maybe?
