Going from pc to macbook, same performance

I thought Id ditch my digi 003 and pc and replace it with Ensemble and
a macbook pro quadcore 2.0ghz, 7500 rpm disc and 8gb ram.

Anybody knows how far I'll get with that?

Today I have 3 disc (two of them ssd) 8gb ram, Win7 64bit with an i7.

Im running PT9, about 20-25 channels, sometimes Slate drums + live
drums + guitars + vox + bass + a bunch of plugins.

So the most important question is: Will it be enough with one disc?
