Pro tools 9 on lion(takes forever to load up)

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone has been experiencing this but i recently purchased a mac mini quad i7 server which already comes with lion. Until recently I began running my pro tools 9 as soon as the new .5 beta was released.

HOWEVER...

Upon installation i've been experiencing problems not on the pro tools 9 startup screen but being stuck on the load up of an actual session being the "edit window loadup screen".

Please if anyone has any advice or have experienced something similar and found ways around this let me know!!! i've already tried things such as deleting prefs, to refreshing wave caches to installing the whole program itself.

Lion and PT9 problem

Ya thats what i figured as well. BUT... i havent installed any plug ins yet on this new comp. The only thing that i've done is install my legit copy of Logic 9 and still a no go. I then tried to do a complete re-install of lion by wiping my main drive out and then a complete install of pt 9 but still experiencing the same problem. I've tried every system opt that the avid site gives. Still experiencing the same problem. annoying...
