[OT] Session Strings articulations

I recently bought NI Session Strings, and today I tried to recreate a LASS demo in Session Strings. This is the demo: LASS - Spiccato Cellos and the A.R.T. script explained

As seen in the demo, spiccato strings were used in the demo; however, choosing spiccato strings in Session Strings renders quite a different sound, the strokes seem to be quite longer. Any advice on how to achieve this sound with Session Strings?

Staccato should do the job.

Just a matter of how you define spiccato and staccato.
