Nevermind

Quickest way to bounce stems from Logic?

Figured it out: File->Export->Bounce all tracks

Indeed. That is the quickest (and best) way.

2 cents

1. Go to track->delete unused, this will prevent blank track bounces
2. File->Export-> all tracks as audio files
3. There will be options to include pan and fader automation, if you like your mix in logic i would check that. it is preference.
4. There is also an option to include inserts(plug-ins)

This is for logic 9 and is the best new feature they added, it saves hours of time vs. the old way of doing it(if you wanted to bounce pan, fader, and plugins.

Quickest, yes. Best, dunno...

I recommend that you go through your exported tracks and check if everything is there - especially the ending of the files.

I've had a few sessions where the ending of some files simply wasn't there. I'm talking bars of MIDI. Stay vigilant when using this function.

Never had it happen when bouncing manually, though. Nontheless, I always check what I've just bounced.

Very good advice, whatever DAW you use. Always double check...

Definitely the best way to bounce all your tracks separately. If you want to bounce stems the best way would be to route all of the tracks you want in each stem to their own bus then bounce those busses.
