How to set iTunes and Cubase to separate physical outputs within DAW?

I would like to set iTunes to a separate physical output than Cubase (both of those outputs connected to monitor controller). How can I do this?

My purpose is to leave a reference track running and looping continuously in iTunes while I´m mixing in Cubase. And so that I can then instantly switch between my mix and the reference track from the monitor controller.
