Question NEWBIE .wav files question

Will be using a Korg D888, which is able to create multiple .wav files internally.

So...

If you export those .wav files via the USB output to a PC (Vista/Windows 7) for computer editing, will all those files automatically be in "sync" with one another? (in order to edit each individual track)

Will the PC treat theses exported files as individual tracks ?

Or are you limited to a total of either a two track mono or stereo transfer?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

P.S. FWIW will mainly be using Tracktion 3 recording software on the computer.
