considering getting a rosetta 200. Digital Converters
Old 16th December 2010
considering getting a rosetta 200.

hi. i own a profire 610 and i'm thinking about buying rosetta 200 and connecting it to the profire 610 to get two channels of better i/o for my pro tools 8 setup. This setup will work well, right? the profire 610 doesn't have word clock, would i have any problems syncing the converters of the profire with the rosetta or would that not be an issue? any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

If the Profire 610 can sync slave to a digital input you should be doing fine. Make sure the R200 is the master.
