That is so awesome my man thanks a bunch! So would i trim down effects and busses to taste or is this a industry standard you would say for mixing?

there's no industry standard for mixing templates
Engineers that work on an analog board are tied to it and their
outboard for their templates/routing, so it depends on how many channel the board has etc..
Other work ITB and so their template can be whatever,
if hybrid again is gong to be somehow tied to the outboard
count, especially for the grouoing.
This was meant to be an example with some pratical application
a starting point for both ITB and hybrid mixing with
what could be a spin off of what Brauer does
Adjust it to your needs and - imho - get familiar with the
track preset hack, start making your own, for either
single tracks with effects and routing on 'em
and/or multiple groups as shown in there

Makes sense, i'm using it now as we speak and i can feel a great difference in options and freedom in the maneuverings. Awesome turnkey pre routed setup my man, the community thanks you!

In the grey Mix bus area you set up, would this be an extended version of what Bauer uses analogue? He has the "ABC" busses thing going on and the template has more of a specific instrument type feel. Would you just route all the instruments to 3 ABC style busses instead to get that feel?

Keep in mind that Brauer groups elements based on what pieces of gear
there are on a give bus (I'm sure he changes based on the sons, and the
track count) so is more a matter of what color/tone goes with what element in the mix.
The possibilities are endless, you could do A Drums, B Music, C vocals,
or Music, Vocals, FX, or Music, Vocals, Parallel Compression/Eq

If you take a look at this for example, here it is shown another possible method: normal grouping,
plus 2 parallel busses, the first one just for the drums and the second for everything else. Works nicely
