DP 6 Trouble with Bussing/ submixing

Just bumped from 5.13 to 6. I use submixes extensively throughout my projects. Some of the busses are not making it into DP 6. In fact a few songs won't even work with my master fader. Once I deleted the master fader I got most of my tracks to work, but then there were a few groups that were still silent (I could still see levels on the meters but no sound). So, I deleted those subgroups and then made new busses...still a problem...no sound.

I've noticed this before with 5.13. When i go into the bundles matrix and move the buss number assignments around sometimes the sound would go blank or sometimes I'd only get a mono signal through a stereo pair.

Help!

Some new very weird bugs here: sometimes I can't get sound to pass through my URS CSP plug unless I'm looking at the GUI??? When I hide the GUI the sound goes away?

I'm on 5.13 so I can;t reproduce your problem. In 5.13 you configure the amount of busses you want in studio size, do you have a similar window in 6? Other than that what I can think of is if you have conflicting assignments between audio tracks having said busses as inputs, the program reads that as a potential loop and disables that voice. I hope I'm being helpful here

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately that isn't it. Yes 6 has the same kind of buss matrix as 5, and I have already checked to see if I've assigned some to the same channel. Everything looks clean and tidy...still screwed.
