Logic to Pro Tools

I have a friend who does hip hop tracks in Logic. He attempts to bring wav files to the studio for imorting into Pro Tools. However, It appears he is doing something wrong. Some tracks line up some don't.
Could someone please list the correct method (including any Logic termonology) of bouncing individual files down to wav files in Logic so that they can be brought into pro Tools....slammed to the start of the session....and everybody in sync.

Thanks in advance

If you have the ability to import OMFs in ProTools, that may be one way to go from Logic to PT (export an OMF from Logic, import into ProTools). Note though, that OMF import in PT requires some extra software (I believe either DigiTranslator in TDM or DV Toolkit in LE).

The down n' dirty way to keep things organized is to place a 2-beep (or any descernable sound) at the front of all of the tracks - that way when they're bounced down to audio files and brought into Pro Tools you can realign them (if they somehow become misaligned).

Hope that's helpful,

What is the procedure and termonology in Logic when following the down n dirty method of "bouncing" files down. I am usually given a folder with wav files (maybe Quicktime as well). I merely import these into PT and position them at the start of the session to insure proper alignment. However, some people don't seem to have that part of the process down and sometimes I will get a mess that doesn't line up at all.
When advising a logic user on the best and most accurate method of "bouncing" down his audio files from the start of his session what is the best way to help him?

OMF is not an option but these files would be going into Pro Tools for mixing.
