Nuendo Multitrack Timestretch

Hey y'all,

Does anybody know the proper way to timestretch multiple tracks in Nuendo 2? I want to increase the tempo of a project from 100 bpm to 103 bpm, but everytime I try to do it the tracks all end up out-of-sync (some sped up, others not). It also takes 2 - 3 hours so it's pretty frustrating when it finishes and the session isn't usable. FYI We're talking about 20 tracks or so, many of which have different start and end points...

Unfortunately speeding up the track at mastering is not an option, since the artist wants to perform guitar and vocal to the sped up version. What's the best way to get this done? I'd like to know as specifically as possible...

Many thanks -- JB
