Daisy Chain vs Big Ben

I have a Big Ben that was certainly useful for distribution to multiple digital devices. Now things have simplified for me. Now, the only equipment that needs to be clocked together is Apogee 16ADX, 16DAX, and Rosetta 800. So, I have the option of daisy chaining the three together and getting rid of the BB or simply use the BB and avoid the daisy chain.

I am not really looking for an argument about whether or not the BB is magic or or over hyped. That has been beat to death elsewhere. I think that this is more an issue of the tradeoffs of daisy.

Easy choice.. sell the big ben and make better use of the $1200 or whatever you get for it to buy a mic or something else that will effect your sound more. Also, I'm no expert but there have been some proven jitter issues with external clocking, so the idea of running an external clock signal into a converter that already has the same clock inside it seems rather detrimental. If it's Jitter you're trying to avoid, then if daisy chained at least the first AD-16x wont run in to any added jitter.
