why PT TDM v6 (888) recording at -12db?

we went digital I/O from a pair of HD systems into an older tdm system (w/ 888) but we found out its recording at -12dB from whats coming out from the HDs.

I haven't used version6.9 (888) in a while but i didn't see any setting to fix this thing.

any ideas?

Have you aligned your I/O? If not, then search the DUC, I've posted extensive instructions there.
