2 Cores or 4?

Currently have a Core 2 Duo E6600, and have been considering an upgrade to the Quad Core Q6600.

I'm running it on an ASUS P5WDG2 WS PRO mobo.

Anyone know if the I'd get more benifit from the Quad core unit?

How much better is it really?

According to the ADK benchmarks roughly 60 % increase in CPU power if you use Cubase or Sonar.
