Connect Analog EQ/Comp to Logic

Im a dumb-ass!
For the love of god I can not figure out how to get this to work.

Trying to connect an analog EQ/Compressor in logic.

EQ/Comp Out > RME 5/6 In
EQ/Comp In > RME 5/6 out

Logic I/O Output: 5-6 Input: 5-6
(Placed on Stereo Out on Logic Mixer)

Not picking anything up..?

Cant post images only links for some reason... I/O placed on 'Stereo Out' in Logic (but no visual signal detected on channel)

In RME Total Mix you are currently routing your Software out 5/6 to your main out.
You should send it to hardware out 5/6
Click on 5/6 in the bottom row, to select it as destination (its colour will become brighter, like the master is now, and 5/6 should show up as destination below the faders in the two upper rows)
Now you can turn up 5/6 in the middle row.
TotalMix is a powerful tool, but can be a bit confusing at first contact.
I highly recommend you keep it in Submix mode, at least for now, or it‘s easy to get lost in the routing.
