SubZero SZSM-6A Studio Monitor and distortion

I have two pairs of SubZero studio monitors and I can hear distortion in all of them. Here's a link to specs:
Gear4Music SubZero Studio Monitors

No matter what I do there seems to be distortion involved, with low volume or high volume. I've tried to to set the volume (in the speakers) to 50% and 100% and tried various materials (mastered music from youtube, Spotify, VO from radio, unmasterd low RMS material etc) and there just seems to be distortion here and there. So it's not peaking/clipping distiortion, it's distortion with low levels also.

I've tried my speakers with Audient id44, Audient id14 and Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. Always the same phenomena..

Any info about this, any ideas how to solve this? Those are really cheap speakers but are quite good sounding for my occasional mobile sessions.

Thanks!
