Antelope Orion 32 HD usable with USB?

Im in the market for an Antelope Orion 32 HD. As i checked a few threads here on GS im not sure if i should pull the trigger. As many people seem to have problems with the Interface when they use it over USB.

Do the problems still exist? Or did a software update solved the problems?

Is it possible to run the Antelope with Madi? Is it solid then?

I have the Orion 32+ first gen and I use it over USB. I have full 32ch access and have had no issues.

Since when do you use it? Did you do any Software updates?

Is it connected to a USB Port on your mainboard or did you use an extra USB Card which is connected to the mainboard?

Are you on Win10?

I've had it about a year. I'm fully up to date on the antelope software. I'm using Mac OSX I think I'm on Mojave but I'm on vacation and I can't remember. I've just been plugging the USB into one of the ports on my motherboard.
