need help identifying a plugin

I am looking for a plugin that is (preferably free and 64 bit) that I can use across the overall mix that gives the simulation of a needle that is on a turntable and starts from nothing and raises up to the right speed and pitch, I don't know what it is called, can anyone help me? Thanks!

Izotope Vinyl should do what you're looking for and is free

Has a spin down, not a deck start. "starts from nothing and raises up to the right speed and pitch" is the task, not its opposite.

Neither the Izotope nor Waves plugins do spin-up, only spin-down.

Tapestop does both, so you'll just have to automate a spin-down to zero before your audio starts. It lets you vary the speed at which it happens too. Pair that with a vinyl plugin if you want the sound/vibe too.

It's free, but 32-bit only and no longer supported unfortunately, but I can't think of anything else that does it.

You could automate varispeed if you're in PT, or use Speedfades if you're in Logic.

Doesn't Cableguys have a speed down/up? It works well, but I have never heard anything that sounds perfect. They all sound quite gimmicky to me.

I think it's free, but not sure if you had to buy one of their other plugins.

You could reverse the audio and then apply the Izotope Vinyl spin down. Then just reverse it all back.

This can be easily done in protools with the stock audiosuite plugin vari-fi.
