rme madi fx and ufx+ clocking

have a madi fx card coming in the mail. I want to connect my ufx+ to it and was wondering if i should get some bnc cables ? What would be the most optimal clock setup for this situation? would just be using the ufx+ for the i/o.

Use the UFX as the clock master, if it's gonna handle conversion duties.

Exactly. Slave the card to UFXplus.

Why do you have both?

The UFXplus can stream 188 channels via USB3.
