Just enable everything! Look at my bios settings pics in above post. Just choose the lane that corresponds to your physical placement of your card.

You can post your bios settings by inserting thumb drive and press f12 in bios to take screenshots.

You may need to force bios to use 3.0 speeds. The default is auto. Making your card default to 2.0 speeds.
