Fast Loudness Graph with BPM locked window size, non-scrolling display?

I'm trying to measure rapid, and relatively minor shifts in loudness, so I need:

1) Very fast and accurate readout (highly zoomable, etc)

2) Static graph (loudness curve does not move once drawn... until redrawn)

3) BPM based window sizes (1 beat, 1 bar, etc)

4) Locked position graph (In case of 1 bar window size, the cursor scrolls across the screen, and redraws each new downbeat exactly where the last one was)

Using Oscarizor for all the same features for waveform display, but need loudness rather than peak curve.

Anyone using anything that fits the bill?
